A French startup has created wireless charging stickers that adhere to the backs of smartphones, tablets and drones, among other things, and can charge multiple devices at the same time on a single charging pad. Energysquare, which was founded last year by two French entrepreneurs who had just graduated from an engineering school, launched a crowdfunding campaign today on Kickstarter hoping to raise $33,630 (€30,000) to ramp up manufacturing. It looks like someone is in possession of a prototype Samsung tablet, because the device in question, the Samsung SM-T585, made its appearance known on the GFXBench benchmark test.
