Amazon Prime Subscribers Can Now Get a Free Year of Grubhub+ Deliveries (This Is How to Claim the Offer)

In case you aren’t familiar with the platform, Grubhub+ works just like UberEats. This means you can order food from nearby places to be delivered to your home, office, or wherever you are.

Usually, Grubhub+ costs $10 per month, but Amazon Prime members will be able to use this service completely for free for a whole year.

Of course, there’s the fine print. As long as your food is over $12, you’ll get the $0 delivery fee. Still, it’s a pretty nice perk for a service most of us already use.

  1. To claim this perk, you need to go to the Amazon Prime page and sign in to your Amazon Prime account.
  2. You can then activate Grubhub+, and then you’re good to go!

You’ll need to prove that you’re using Prime to Grubhub+, and you’ll be able to get $0 delivery fees on your next deliveries. And in case you’re wondering, “What if I already paid for Grubhub+?” Well, you can still claim this perk, and your one-year subscription will start as soon as your current payment ends.

Amazon’s clearly trying to compete against UberEats, the current most popular delivery service. Amazon used to have its own delivery system but decided to ditch the idea and went on to create a partnership with Grubhub’s parent company, Just Eat Takeaway.

Not only that, but Amazon also created a similar perk for its UK Prime members. Amazon UK started to offer one year-delivery service with Deliveroo, which works just like Grubhub or UberEats.

Whether this offer will make Amazon a worthy opponent to UberEats remains to be seen. One thing’s for sure: Amazon Prime members are the real winners this time around.
